65 Pairs of Shoes Donated
Awesome!! In just one Sunday we donated 65 pairs of shoes for Edge Outreach and we are going to continue to collect shoes for the next few weeks. How many can we collect?!!
Launch and Lead
Just wanted to let everyone know that I was accepted to a Coaching Network for church planters at Oak Leaf Church in Cartersville, GA. I will head down once a month starting in March to learn more about church planting. You can read here about the coaching network. Here is what I will be learning during my time at this network:

Pastor Jeff Going to Church Planting Roundtable
On October 6-7 Pastor Jeff and his wife Jamie will be attending a Church Planting Roundtable with ARC (Association of Related Churches). Please pray for our travel and also that we are able to network with other church planters and learn while we attend this roundtable. Take a look at what we will be learning.
The “CPR” will cover topics that potential church planters will be interested in, such as:
- Where should I go?
- How do I meet people?
- What is the best mail out source…what should it say?
- Where is the best venue to get started in?
- How do I finance it…how much do I need?
- Where do I get the information that I need…where can I get the wisdom to do what I need to do?
- How do I get small groups started?
- Leadership lessons for church planters (building teams, communication, etc.)
- Natural Church Development will be presented as a way to measure the “life-giving” principles we all embrace
